One of the dream projects of Devamatha Province was Communication to Hasten Educational, Technological, Artistic and National Advancement. CHETANA is the abbreviated term. It was Pope John Paul II who blessed the foundation stone of this art-cultural-educational program called Chetana on February 7, 1986.
